Crystalline sugar, like refined wheat flour, quickly raises blood sugar levels, which can lead to health problems in the long run.

Excessive sugar consumption means intake of “empty calories” that provide no nutrients, yet represent a significant source of energy. As a result, overweight, obesity, and various metabolic diseases can easily develop. Instead of sugar, it is advisable to choose natural sweeteners that do not cause a sudden spike in blood sugar levels, thus helping to maintain health.

Conscious eating and making the right choices can help reduce our sugar intake, thereby improving our quality of life. In addition to reducing sugar consumption, regular physical activity is essential for long-term health maintenance. Awareness and the establishment of proper dietary habits are key to overcoming the challenges of the modern world.
